Fannie Mae adds new feature in Data Dynamics regarding Hurricane Harvey

September 13, 2017

In response to ongoing updates regarding Hurricane Harvey, we have added a new feature to Data Dynamics®, our credit risk-sharing data analytics web tool.  A new filter called “Filter to Regions of Interest” will now enable users to toggle from “All” to “Harvey,” isolating at a deal-level loans potentially impacted by Hurricane Harvey. Users will also be able to toggle to a “Not Harvey” option. This new feature can be found on the “Deal Issuance and Performance Data” reports for both the Connecticut Avenue Securities (CAS) and Credit Insurance Risk Transfer (CIRT) programs.

In addition, today we updated the “Potential Harvey UPB (%)” figure available in Data Dynamics®, which was previously updated on Friday, September 1, 2017. More details can be found in our previous announcement here. This new updated figure includes additional loans (located primarily in Louisiana) affected by Hurricane Harvey.

Market participants may contact the Fannie Mae Investor Help Line at 1-800-2FANNIE, Option 2, or by e-mail with questions.
