PoolTalk
Investors in Fannie Mae single-family securities have 24-hour-a-day fingertip access to the pool information they need to evaluate their investments. PoolTalk® is Fannie Mae's easy-to-use information tool. Investors have access to Fannie Mae MBS data on current and historical pool factors, pool types, CUSIP numbers, issue and maturity dates, pass-through rates, original and updated weighted-average coupons (WACs), and weighted-average maturities (WAMs).

PoolTalk also provides a variety of frequently requested information on Adjustable-Rate Mortgage (ARM) Fannie Mae MBS, such as projected accrual rates for the current month, margins, updated life caps and floors, accrual reset dates, subtype, and historical information.
