Fannie Mae Implements Enhanced Single-Family Mega Disclosure
Fannie Mae announces the implementation of a new Single-Family Mega disclosure, New Issue Mega Statistics (NIMS) file. NIMS will be available for all Single-Family Megas beginning with Megas issued in October 2016. The information related to single-family securities is available in our updated PoolTalk® disclosure application.
As previously announced, NIMS provides enhanced at-issuance disclosures for newly issued fixed-rate and adjustable-rate Single-Family Megas. This file expands available attributes – including additional weighted averages, quartile data, and various stratifications, as well as provides this information the morning after a Mega is issued.
