Enhanced Multifamily DUS Prepayment History and Multifamily Loan Performance Data Now Available in Data Dynamics

As previously announced, the Multifamily DUS Prepayment History information is now available in Data Dynamics®. This information, previously accessible on our website, has been enhanced with expanded loan populations and additional data filters.

Enhancements include:

  • ARM 7-6 loans: DUS 7-Year Adjustable-Rate MBS and cash loans with a maximum lifetime interest rate capped at 6% and an initial 12-month lockout followed by 1% prepayment premium;
  • Fixed Rate, Declining Premium loans: 10-Year DUS Fixed-Rate MBS and cash loans with a prepayment premium based on a percentage of unpaid principal balance (UPB) using a 5-5-4-4-3-3-2-2-1-1 schedule;
  • Historical loans added to the existing loan populations of Standard, Non-Standard, and SARM prepayment segments; and,
  • The capability to group data in new cohorts, by state, as well as viewed through a wide array of additional filters for loan, property, and performance attributes.

Data Dynamics has also been updated to include Multifamily Loan Performance Data through the third quarter of 2021. This data is updated approximately 90 days after the end of each calendar quarter.
