Reminder: Enhanced Multifamily DUS Prepayment Information Relocating to Data Dynamics
As previously announced, the Multifamily DUS Prepayment History information will be moving to Data Dynamics® in January 2022. The prepayment information will be enhanced with expanded loan populations and new ways to filter the data.
In addition to the loan populations currently available, the content will feature two new loan types
- ARM 7-6 loans: DUS 7-Year Adjustable-Rate MBS and cash loans with a maximum lifetime interest rate capped at 6% and an initial 12-month lockout followed by 1% prepayment premium
- Fixed Rate, Declining Premium: 10-Year DUS Fixed-Rate MBS and cash loans with a prepayment premium based on a percentage of unpaid principal balance (UPB) using a 5-5-4-4-3-3-2-2-1-1 schedule
Furthermore, historical loans will be added to the existing loan populations of Standard, Non-Standard, and SARM prepayment segments. Along with increased prepayment segments, the upcoming DUS Prepayment information in Data Dynamics will allow market participants to group the data in new cohorts, by state, as well as a wide array of additional filters for loan, property, and performance attributes.
The Multifamily DUS Prepayment History Information is scheduled to go live in Data Dynamics on January 14, 2022.
