Single-Family Historical Loan Performance Dataset Update

On February 8, 2021, Fannie Mae released the following updated datasets:

Primary dataset:

• Acquisition and performance data for Q3 2020
• Updated acquisition files to reflect any data corrections

Due to a system reporting error impacting the four most recent acquisition quarters of the primary data set released in October 2020, there were approximately 150,000 missing Credit Scores at Origination, or 4.6% of the impacted population. Additionally, there were approximately 75,000 missing Co-borrower Credit Scores at Origination, or 2.3% of the impacted population. We have remedied the issues and those fields have been populated.
