Potential Change in Seller and Servicer Names

Beginning with Fannie Mae's November 25, 2018 distribution, and over the next several months, for both its Connecticut Avenue Securities^® (CAS) and Credit Insurance Risk Transfer^™ (CIRT^™) deals, market participants may see slight changes to some of the names within the "Seller Name" and "Servicer Name" fields on our disclosure files. Unless there is a corresponding change in the "Servicing Activity Indicator" field within the CAS and CIRT disclosures, these edits are a result of efforts to align Seller and Servicer naming conventions between Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac in support of the Single Security initiative.
