New CRT Forbearance Dashboards Available in Data Dynamics

Data Dynamics^® has been enhanced in response to investor feedback. For our Single-Family Credit Risk Transfer programs, Connecticut Avenue Securities^® (CAS) and Credit Insurance Risk Transfer^™ (CIRT^™), users can now access the following new dashboards:

• Payment Forbearance Performance
  • View performance on the active population of loans in temporary payment forbearance
  • Analyze historical outcomes for loans that entered temporary payment forbearance
• Modification Performance
  • View performance on the active population of modified loans
  • Analyze historical outcomes for modified loans
• Payment Forbearance Outcomes - View performance trends across time of loans that entered temporary payment forbearance
