Fannie Mae's Loan Performance Data Migrating to Data Dynamics

On February 27, 2021, the Single-Family and Multifamily Loan Performance Data will be migrated to Data Dynamics^®. At that time, the current Loan Performance Data webpage will be retired.

All existing users will need to reset their passwords to access the Data Dynamics platform. Additional details will be provided as we approach the migration date.
