Fannie Mae to Move Release Date of Single-Family Loan Performance Dataset to First Month of Each Quarter

Fannie Mae will be moving the release date of its Single-Family Loan Performance Dataset to the first month of each quarter, generally on or after the 20th day of such month. Accordingly, the next scheduled release of updated information, which will include Q1 2014 performance data and Q2 2013 acquisition data, will be between July 20 and July 31, 2014. Registered users will receive a notification informing them when the data has been updated and is available for download. 

Fannie Mae provides this data to help investors model the credit performance of loans owned or guaranteed by Fannie Mae as the company works with the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) to further develop its credit risk sharing program.
