Update to July MBS At-Issuance Loan-Level Disclosures
August 13, 2025
On August 13, Fannie Mae published two files to correct the “Channel” attribute for a subset of loans underlying MBS issued in July in the at-issuance disclosures. The ongoing monthly data published in the MBS Monthly Loan Level File was not impacted and remains accurate. The following files are available for market participants to absorb the updated information.
