Fannie Mae Announces Timing Update for Loan-Level Price Adjustment Framework

Today, Fannie Mae published an update to Lender Letter LL 2023-01, postponing the effective date for the DTI-ratio-based loan-level price adjustments (LLPAs) from May 1, 2023, to August 1, 2023. In addition, lenders will not be subject to post-purchase price adjustments related to the DTI ratio LLPA for loans purchased between August 1, 2023 and December 31, 2023.
