Fannie Mae Announces New Multiclass Resecuritization Ineligibility File
February 17, 2026
Effective April 1, 2026, Fannie Mae will begin publishing a list of Single-Family Multiclass securities that are not eligible for resecuritization. The ineligible Multiclass securities will be available monthly via a zip/Excel file in PoolTalk® under the Data Collections - Miscellaneous section. A sample file is available here.
