Fannie Mae Provides Social Disclosures for November 2022 MBS Issuances

Today, Fannie Mae published an update to the historical disclosure file available in PoolTalk® to include its Single-Family mortgage-backed securities (MBS) issued in November 2022. The updated historical file now provides the Social Criteria Share (SCS) and the Social Density Score (SDS) for active and inactive MBS pools issued between January 2010 and November 2022.
