Update to Fannie Mae's Round Lot Mega offering
Fannie Mae announced that it is enhancing its Mega program by offering Round Lot Megas, larger Mega pools of specific coupons and vintages, which are designed to respond to the market’s desire for large homogenous pools and increased liquidity. We are pleased to announce that the 2016 and 2017 vintage Megas have significantly exceeded the $3 billion threshold. A list of pools that have been committed to the Megas as of close of business on April 18th is available here via Excel or here via PDF.
The Round Lot Mega program is being offered at a reduced Mega transaction fee. Investors can participate in the Round Lot Mega program through contacting one of Fannie Mae’s approved Mega dealers.
