Fannie Mae Updates Single-Family MBS Prospectus Effective December 1, 2025

Fannie Mae has updated its Single-Family MBS Prospectus, which will be effective for Single-Family MBS issued on or after December 1, 2025.

Changes primarily address, but are not limited to, evolving credit score requirements. Single-Family MBS investors are advised to review the document in its entirety.
