Reminder: Disclosure Enhancements to Support VantageScore 4.0

As previously announced, effective November 17, 2025, Fannie Mae, in conjunction with Freddie Mac, will enhance our PoolTalk® disclosure and corresponding files (including issuance and monthly loan-level, security and security supplemental). Additionally, Fannie Mae will enhance its Excess Servicing Fee (ESF) security and security supplemental files. All Glossary updates, which include the file and header changes, will be available in the Single-Family MBS Disclosures Guide.
