Publication Delay in Business Day Six Monthly Files

Fannie Mae makes available its ARM Stats file, GEO Stats file, and Adjustable-Rate Quartile file within the “Monthly Files” tab on its PoolTalk^® application. The files are generally posted by or shortly after 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time on business day six. Due to a systems issue, the files are not yet available.

Fannie Mae will publish an announcement when the files become available on PoolTalk.
