New Single-Family MBS Disclosure Information Center

Fannie Mae introduces the new Single-Family MBS Disclosure Information Center, which will serve as a centralized location for information, updates, and resources to help prepare the marketplace for our new disclosures that align with the Single Security Initiative.

Currently, the Center includes the following documents:

• Single-Family Disclosure Mapping Documentation – Single Class
• Future MBS Disclosures - FAQs

Leading up to the Single Security Initiative implementation date of June 3, 2019, this webpage will be updated with relevant information and announcements related to MBS disclosures.
