MBS Disclosure Enhancement Reminder: Alternative Delinquency Resolution

In October 2020, Fannie Mae announced the introduction of a series of loan-level and pool-level disclosure enhancements that will inform investors when a mortgage loan is subject to an alternative delinquency resolution, such as a payment deferral program. As a reminder, this information will be available in PoolTalk^® beginning with the December Business Day 4 disclosures.

The MBS Disclosures FAQs (see Q47 – Q55) and the Single-Family MBS Disclosures Guide have been updated to provide additional details on the changes.
