Get Ready for Enhanced Single-Family MBS Disclosures and an Updated PoolTalk Application
As previously announced, effective June 3, Fannie Mae will begin publishing enhanced disclosures for its single-family securities. In conjunction with the new disclosures, we are updating PoolTalk®, our web-based disclosure application. To assist in the transition to the updated PoolTalk application, here is what you can do to get ready:

Enjoy existing and new capabilities with the updated PoolTalk application:
The updated PoolTalk application offers many of the same capabilities and features of the current PoolTalk, but also includes some valuable new information and functionality. You will still be able to search for individual securities, complete advanced searches and create and save securities to a personalized portfolio. In addition, you will be able to:
- Retrieve issuance and monthly disclosure files for single-family MBS, UMBS, Fannie Megas®, Supers™, and REMICs, all in one centralized location;
- View new attributes and data enumerations on your securities; and
- Access a consolidated view of all Fannie Majors® available for delivery.
