Fannie Mae to Retire Legacy Single-Family Delinquency Report

Effective January 1, 2021, Fannie Mae will no longer publish the Monthly Loan Delinquency Data cohort report on the Fannie Mae website.

Beginning in June 2020, pool-level delinquency data for all active securities was made available in PoolTalk^®. Users can find this data in the monthly security supplemental disclosure files (Days Delinquency - Record type 7) or by searching an individual CUSIP.
