Fannie Mae Publication Schedule for MBS Disclosure Files Released in July

Fannie Mae recognizes July 3, 2015 as a holiday and will be closed. For this reason, Fannie Mae will publish its fourth business day MBS Disclosure files at or after 4:30 p.m. on July 7, 2015 and its eighth business day MBS Disclosure files at or after 4:30 p.m. on July 13, 2015.

Files released on the fourth business day include the:

• MBS Stats^™ File
• Fixed-Rate Quartile File
• DMBS^™ Stats File
• Actual/360 Mega and Actual/360 ARM MBS File

Files released on the eighth business day include the:

• ARM Stats^™ File
• GEO Stats^™ File
• Adjustable-Rate Quartile File
• Supplemental File
• Interest Only Disclosure File
• Monthly Loan Level Disclosure File
