Daily New Issuance Files Now Available

The daily New Issues Pool Statistics (NIPS), New Issues Loan and Collateral Statement (NILCS), and the Loan Level Disclosure (LLD) files that were delayed this morning are now available and may be accessed on Fannie Mae’s PoolTalk^® disclosure application.
