Our Contact Numbers Will Be Changing

In an effort to simplify and optimize customer experiences and to enhance how we provide service, Fannie Mae is reducing the number of phone numbers for customers. The new phone number will be 800-2FANNIE (800-232-6643). Beginning March 14, 2016, 800-2FANNIE will replace the MBS Investor Helpline, Investor Relations Helpline, Debt Investors Helpline, and Credit Securities Helpline.

To reach the Fixed-Income Marketing team for questions related to securities and disclosures, select option 2 on the main menu.

We will replace the following external phone numbers:

888-BOND-HLP/888-266-3457
202-752-7115

To ensure minimal customer disruption, current numbers will remain available for a period of time following the March launch.

Fannie Mae will release an additional announcement on March 14 to notify customers that the number is operational.
