New Web Addresses for Fannie Mae Mega and REMIC Data Collections Coming February 10, 2014
Fannie Mae is enhancing the layout of its Mega® and REMIC data collection pages in order to improve operational performance for users. As a result, Fannie Mae will introduce new web addresses or URLs for these pages on the morning of February 10, 2014.
The web pages that will be enhanced include:
- Mega Final Data Statements pages (Printable and Downloadable)
- REMIC Final Data Statement pages (Printable and Downloadable)
- REMIC Trust Agreements
- REMIC Prospectus Supplements
- REMIC Principal Balance Schedules
A listing of the current and new URLs being affected is available to assist users in updating their systems and processes to accept these changes.
For a period of two months after the change, the old web addresses will remain active in order to provide ample time for market participants to make any necessary changes. At the end of two months, the old web addresses will be discontinued and users will need to access the web pages via the new web addresses. In order to ensure a smooth transition to the new web pages with minimal disruption to processes, we recommend that users update their bookmarks and systems with the new links as soon as they are activated the morning of February 10, 2014.
You may also find the most recent downloadable Mega and REMIC Final Data Statements and REMIC Prospectus Supplements on the Mega Latest Postings and REMIC Latest Postings web pages, respectively.
