Update to Certain Multifamily MBS "Download All" Files

On June 24, 2013, Fannie Mae updated the current pass-through rates on the “Download All Active Credit Facilities (.txt)” file and the “Download All Active Bulk Deliveries (.txt)” file on the Multifamily Securities Locator Service (MF SLS).

Due to a processing error, the current pass-through rates that were originally displayed on these files were the previous month’s pass-through rates. The updated files contain the current pass-through rates. This issue did not impact any other files.  Fannie Mae recommends that market participants reference the updated files.
