Reminder: Multifamily Enhances Disclosure for Multiple Property Addresses in DUS Disclose
As a reminder, Fannie Mae is enhancing DUS Disclose® to clearly identify and provide multiple property address information. This information will be available beginning April 1, 2020.
Background on Enhancement
This enhancement includes adding an "Additional Addresses" indicator to the Daily/Monthly New Issuance File, Daily/Monthly Issuance Correction File, and the Annex A to the Prospectus.
Additionally, in Annex A we are adding a new tab called "Additional Addresses" which will disclose the following fields:
- Loan Number
- Property ID
- Property Name
- Property Address
- Property City
- Property State
- Property Zip Code
To assist market participants with the transition to these enhancements, we are providing the updated file layouts for the Daily/Monthly New Issuance File and Daily/Monthly Issuance Correction File.
