Ongoing Supplemental File to Include Three New Data Attributes

Fannie Mae will add three data attributes to the DUS Disclose Ongoing Supplemental File on or before May 23, 2018. The three data attributes that will be added to Record Type 1, the Security Level, are WA Accruing PTR - Current, Convertible, and Product Type. They will be placed in positions 28, 29, and 30 respectively.

We have provided an updated Ongoing Supplemental File Layout to assist with the transition. The updated Ongoing Supplemental File Layout is also available on the DUS Disclose Learning Center and on the DUS Disclose Information Center.
