Fannie Mae has Published Updated Multifamily MBS Prospectuses Effective October 1, 2020
Fannie Mae has updated the Multifamily MBS Prospectuses. The updated Prospectuses will be used for Multifamily MBS issued on or after October 1, 2020. Investors should review and become familiar with the information contained in the applicable prospectus or prospectuses.
These updates include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Inclusion of the SOFR index and related risk factors for Adjustable-Rate Mortgages (ARMs)
- General updates for Fixed-Rate and ARM products to align with current business
