Fannie Mae Continues Preparations to Launch New Multifamily Security Disclosure Website - DUS Disclose
In preparation for Fannie Mae's upcoming DUS Disclose™ launch on December 4, 2017, we've added the following helpful reference materials to the DUS Disclose Information Center:
- DUS Disclose Sample Files for the:
- Daily/Monthly New Issuance File;
- Daily/Monthly Issuance Corrections File;
- Monthly Ongoing File; and
- Monthly Ongoing Supplemental File.
- Draft DUS Disclose Glossary
Legal Documents
We have also included a draft version of the 2017 Multifamily Master Trust Agreement that will be effective December 1, 2017 for Multifamily pools issued on or after December 1, 2017.
We are also updating our disclosure by publishing new Multifamily MBS prospectus documents. Effective for Multifamily MBS pools issued on or after December 1, 2017, we will provide at-issuance disclosure in the form of a prospectus tailored to the specific types of loans backing the MBS. These prospectus documents will replace the current Multifamily MBS Prospectus and Prospectus Supplement Narratives. Currently, there are nine of the new prospectus templates available on the DUS Disclose Information Center for review.
MBS pools issued under the new prospectus templates will include the Annex A as part of the at-issuance prospectus. The Annex A will provide pool and loan Information and replaces the Schedule of Pool and Loan Information (also known as the Schedule A). The Annex A is not included in the prospectus templates provided on the DUS Disclose Information Center.
