Announcement

DUS Disclose REMIC and Factor Files Enhancements Coming in 4th Quarter 2018

June 25, 2018

In the fourth quarter of 2018, Fannie Mae anticipates implementing the next phase of enhancements to DUS Disclose®, which will include expanding disclosure data for Multifamily REMICs and creating separate Multifamily Factor Files.

With the implementation of the next phase of enhancements, Multifamily REMIC data will no longer be available in the following reports on fanniemae.com:

  • SIFMA Report
  • REMIC Final Data Statement
  • Monthly REMIC Class Factors
  • Monthly Remittance Report
  • Supplemental Factors
  • Monthly Floater Resets
  • Dissolved Securities

With the implementation, the Multifamily versions of the following reports will be on DUS Disclose and Multifamily data will no longer be available on the reports available on the fanniemae.com reports:

  • Monthly Deal Summary – formerly known as Recently Priced Transactions (REMICs)
  • Relay Files (REMICs)

Multifamily Mortgage-Backed Securities (MBS) and Megas will no longer be published in the MBS Stats Factor File. We will be creating a new Multifamily MBS and Megas Factor File as well as a new Multifamily REMIC Factor File. Both files will be available on DUS Disclose.

More information on the changes can be reviewed in the Multifamily Disclosure File and Publication Timing Document.

As we move closer to implementation of these new enhancements, we will provide updates including file layouts and mapping documents for the REMIC Files on the DUS Disclose Information Center.
