DUS Disclose is Now Live
Fannie Mae is proud to announce that DUS Disclose™ is now live and available for market participants to access disclosure information on our Multifamily Mortgage-Backed Securities (MBS). The former system, Multifamily Securities Locator Service (MFSLS), was retired on December 3, 2017.
At this time, DUS Disclose only provides disclosure information for Multifamily MBS. Disclosure information for resecuritized products, such as GeMS™, Megas, and REMICS, will be added to DUS Disclose in future enhancements. Until then, market participants interested in resecuritizations should continue to use PoolTalk® and the reports on Fanniemae.com to obtain disclosure information.
The final versions of the Download All Active MBS files that were available on MFSLS are available on the DUS Disclose Information Center and reflect data available as of December 3, 2017. These files will no longer be updated.
Additionally, the following reports will no longer be updated:
- Loan Level Details;
- List of Defeased Loans; and
- New Issue Loan and Collateral Statement (NILCS).
The information that was disclosed in these reports will be available in the new Daily and Monthly files available on DUS Disclose.

These pages provide file layouts, sample files, and training materials to assist market participants with the new disclosure information in DUS Disclose.
