DUS Disclose Enhancements Are Live

April 30, 2018

Fannie Mae has implemented enhancements to DUS Disclose that include expanded disclosure information on Multifamily Megas and additional disclosure information on Multifamily Mortgage-Backed Securities (MBS).  As part of this enhancement, information for Multifamily MBS will be provided in DUS Disclose files and will no longer be provided on the existing disclosure files outlined below. Enhancements to DUS Disclose for comprehensive Multifamily REMIC information are expected to be completed later this year.

Data Files

As of April 30, 2018, DUS Disclose Files now include additional disclosure attributes on Multifamily MBS and Megas. Updated file layouts can be found on the DUS Disclose Information Center and in the DUS Disclose Learning Center for the following files:

  • Daily/Monthly New Issuance File
  • Daily/Monthly Corrections File
  • Monthly Ongoing File
  • Supplemental File
