The Date for Multifamily File Separation Has Been Changed to July 2, 2018
In order to allow market participants more time to prepare for the upcoming separation of Multifamily information from certain existing disclosure files, Fannie Mae has decided to move the transition to separate Multifamily information from June 1, 2018 to July 2, 2018. This means that Multifamily information will remain on PoolTalk® files listed below until the transition to separation occurs.
With this change, effective July 2, 2018, Multifamily MBS and Mega disclosure information will no longer be published in the following files on PoolTalk:
- New Issue Pool Statistics (NIPS)
- ARM Stats™
- Fixed-rate and Adjustable-rate Quartile Files
- GEO Stats™
Similar information for Multifamily MBS and Megas from the above files has been available on DUS Disclose™ and in the DUS Disclose Files since April 30, 2018. As a reminder, we have provided documents that map the attributes from the PoolTalk Files to the enhanced DUS Disclose Files on the DUS Disclose Information Center.
Also as of July 2, 2018, Multifamily Megas will no longer be included in the following files on fanniemae.com:
- Mega Latest Postings
- Monthly Collateral Summary
- Recently Priced Mega Transactions
- Final Data Statements/Collateral Printable and Downloadable
In addition, the Final Data Statement Supplements for Multifamily Megas will no longer be published as of July 2, 2018.
