Fannie Mae's Daily Pool and Collateral Files for Pools Issued on May 26, 2015 are Now Available

Fannie Mae’s New Issues Pool Statistics (NIPS) file, New Issues Loan and Collateral Statement (NILCS) file, and Loan Level Disclosure (LLD) file within the “Issuance Files” tab on its PoolTalk® application for pools issued on May 26, 2015 are now available.  The files were previously delayed due to a systems issue.
