Fannie Mae Updates Multifamily Information Resources for Investors

Fannie Mae has updated the following two information resources that provide information about our Multifamily MBS. 

1. Twenty-Five Years of Multifamily Mortgage Financing Through Fannie Mae’s Delegated Underwriting and Servicing (DUS^©) Program provides a comprehensive review of Fannie Mae’s flagship Multifamily DUS program and its associated products.
   
   
2. DSCR Primer provides product-specific information and sample calculations about the debt service coverage ratio that is disclosed for each property underlying Fannie Mae Multifamily MBS.
