Fannie Mae Provides Additional Flexibility for Mega Settlements

Fannie Mae has enhanced the Mega program to provide additional flexibility for Mega settlement.

• ARM Megas may now settle beginning on the seventh business day of each month instead of the tenth business day. 
• Multifamily Megas may now settle within a 48-hour period as opposed to the previous requirement of 72 hours.

These changes are effective immediately. More details are located in the Basics of Structured Transactions, which has been updated to reflect these changes.
