Fannie Mae Plans Continued Enhancements for DUS Disclose

December 22, 2017

Fannie Mae launched DUS Disclose™ to the market on December 4, 2017 as our new multifamily disclosure website. Currently, DUS Disclose provides comprehensive disclosure information for Multifamily mortgage-backed securities (MBS) and has limited disclosure information for Multifamily Megas and REMICs.

In 2018, we will implement enhancements to DUS Disclose to include comprehensive disclosure information on Multifamily Megas and REMICs. The first phase of these enhancements will include separating Multifamily and Single-Family disclosure information in certain disclosure files.

In preparation for the first phase of these enhancements, which is anticipated for early Q2 2018, we have posted the following draft file layouts in the DUS Disclose Information Center to include additional disclosure attributes for Multifamily Megas and MBS:

  • Daily/Monthly Issuance File
  • Monthly Ongoing File
  • Monthly Supplemental File

Please note that the draft file layouts listed above are subject to change. Any changes will be posted to the DUS Disclose Information Center. The file layouts used for the files currently being published are available in the DUS Disclose Learning Center.

Additionally, Multifamily MBS and Mega disclosure information will be removed from the following files:

  • New Issue Pool Statistics (NIPS)
  • ARM Stats
  • Fixed-rate and Adjustable-rate Quartile files
  • GEO Stats file

This information will be available on DUS Disclose and in the DUS Disclose files.

Enhancements to DUS Disclose for comprehensive Multifamily REMIC information are anticipated for early Q3 2018.

As we get closer to implementing these enhancements, we will post more information on the DUS Disclose Information Center and announce launch dates for these enhancements.
