Fannie Mae to Launch New Multifamily Security Disclosure Website, DUS Disclose, on December 4, 2017

Fannie Mae’s DUS Disclose^™ will launch on December 4, 2017. As previously announced, this new MBS disclosure website will enhance transparency and increase the data available for Multifamily securities in alignment with the industry. The new website will replace the Multifamily Securities Locator Service (MFSLS) website. Upon release of DUS Disclose, MFSLS will no longer be publicly available and there will be a link on the MFSLS website to redirect users to the new DUS Disclose website.

To support this launch, we have updated the DUS Disclose Information Center with the following additional documents:

• DUS Disclose File Layouts for the:
• Daily/Monthly New Issuance File;
• Daily/Monthly Issuance Corrections File;
• Monthly Ongoing File;
• Monthly Ongoing Supplemental File; and
• Updated Multifamily Disclosure File Publication and Timing.

The following files and reports will be retired on December 4, 2017, with the launch of DUS Disclose. Similar information previously contained in these retired reports will be available in the new Daily and Monthly Files mentioned above.

• New Issues Loan and Collateral Statement (NILCS)
• Loan Level Detail Report
