Fannie Mae Improving Fannie Majors Disclosures in New Issue Pool Statistic File

Fannie Mae will provide cumulative statistics for Fannie Majors^® in the daily New Issue Pool Statistics (NIPS) File available on PoolTalk^® beginning with the file published on May 16, 2017. Throughout the month, as loans are delivered into a Fannie Major, investors will be able to view the updated pool-level disclosure data.  Final Fannie Major pool statistics and loan level data will continue to be disclosed at the end of each month.

The NIPS File format and publication timing will remain unchanged.
