Fannie Mae to Enhance Relay Files
Fannie Mae continues to enhance its disclosures with the February 2015 release of the Relay Files, which contain summary information for REMIC and SMBS deals, including issuer, pricing date, settlement date, number of tranches and trustee. The February 2015 Relay Files will appear on fanniemae.com on February 23, 2015, and will include recombinable REMIC (RCR) and re-REMIC data. If applicable, the new data will be appended at the end of the record (RCR data) or at the end of the file (re-REMIC). The following sample files display in red where the new data will appear, if applicable, in the Relay Files on an ongoing basis.
