Single-Family MBS Disclosure Update

The Single-Family mortgage-backed securities disclosure change related to Interest Rate Buydown Type at the loan level will not go into effect on April 20, 2026, as initially announced.

Fannie Mae, in conjunction with Freddie Mac, will provide more information as it becomes available.
