December Disclosure Files to be Released as Scheduled

Although markets are closed on Wednesday, December 5, 2018, Fannie Mae will still publish all monthly and daily disclosure files as previously scheduled.

Per the schedule, the files to be released include:

Single-Family (available on PoolTalk®)

Business Day 4 – December 6:

• MBS Stats™
• Fixed-Rate Quartile
• Supplemental File
• Interest Only
• Loan Level Disclosure

Daily – December 5-6:

• New Issues Pool Statistics File (NIPS)
• New Issues Mega Statistics File (NIMS)
• Loan Level Disclosure

Multifamily (available on DUS Disclose®)

Business Day 4 – December 6:

• Multifamily MBS and Mega Factor File
• Ongoing Supplemental File

Daily – December 5-6:

• Daily New Issuance File
• Daily Issuance Corrections File
