New FannieMae.com Debt Web Addresses Coming in Mid May

Beginning in mid May 2013, FannieMae.com URLs for certain Debt disclosure data files will be assigned new web addresses or URLs.  A listing of these data files, their existing URLs, and new URLs is available. 

For a period of ninety (90) days after the change, users will automatically be redirected to the new URLs if they access the old links.  At the end of the 90 day period, automatic redirection will be discontinued and users will need to access the data files via the new URLs.  In order to ensure a smooth transition to the new URLs with minimal disruption to processes, we recommend that users update their bookmarks and systems with the new links as soon as they are activated in May.  Another announcement will be posted with the exact date on which the URLs will change.

This change is part of Fannie Mae’s continued efforts to streamline operational processes and enhance the user experience for those accessing Debt data via FannieMae.com.
