Fannie Mae Connecticut Avenue Securities Receive NAIC Designations for the 2024 Filing Year

Fannie Mae's Connecticut Avenue Securities® (CAS) direct debt transactions and CAS REMIC® transactions received designations from the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) for the 2024 filing year. Overall, of the 85 CAS Offered Notes that were reviewed, 98% achieved an NAIC 1 Designation and 2% received an NAIC 2 Designation. Ten bonds received an upgrade from the 2023 Designations.
