Updates and Enhanced Disclosures to Multifamily Loan Performance Data and Multifamily DUS Prepayment History Available in Data Dynamics
The Multifamily Loan Performance Data (MFLPD), accessible on Data Dynamics®, has been updated with loan acquisition and loan performance activity through the fourth quarter of 2022. Also available through Data Dynamics is the Multifamily DUS Prepayment History through the fourth quarter of 2022.
As previously announced, two new data fields have been added to the MFLPD, the Multifamily DUS Prepayment History Data, as well as the downloadable file accessible in Data Dynamics. These new data fields identify whether a loan qualifies as a Green Bond or a Social Bond. The following table provides an overview of these new data fields to assist market participants. Additionally, the updated MFLPD Glossary and File Layout are available here.

The Multifamily Loan Performance Data and Multifamily DUS Prepayment History are updated approximately two weeks after the end of each calendar quarter with the previous quarter's information.
