Updated MCAS Resources Available for European Union Institutional Investors

Fannie Mae has updated the information it makes available to European Union (EU) institutional investors and those managing funds subject to EU regulations that invest in Fannie Mae's Multifamily Connecticut Avenue Securities® (MCAS™) transactions.

Fannie Mae now publishes monthly loan-level and deal-level data in European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) template formats, which are available on the European DataWarehouse site. Please reach out to the Fannie Mae Investor Help Line at 1-800-232-6643 or by e-mail to be granted access.
