Fannie Mae Multifamily Loan Performance Data Updated Through Third Quarter 2019

The Multifamily Loan Performance Data has been updated to reflect loan acquisition and loan performance activity through the third quarter of 2019.

On an ongoing basis, the data will be updated approximately 90 days after the end of each calendar quarter. For example, loan acquisition and loan performance activity in fourth quarter of 2019 will be published towards the end of first quarter of 2020. Loan performance data registered users will receive an email notification when the updated data is available.
