Fannie Mae Updates Margin on Some COFI-Indexed Multifamily ARMs
Fannie Mae previously communicated updates to the Multifamily Adjustable-Rate Mortgages (ARM) that transitioned from the 11th District Monthly Weighted Average Cost of Funds Index (COFI) to their respective replacement indices. The mortgage margin and mortgage-backed security (MBS) margin will change for an additional subset of Multifamily ARM MBS. For MBS affected by these changes, the new margins will be available to view on DUS Disclose prior to becoming effective. The previously published list of active impacted securities has been updated to indicate these Multifamily ARM MBS with margin changes.
